Event Details

Event Date: 5/20/23 from 11am-2pm

DESCRIPTION: This will be a free outdoor event at a similar scale as the CLP Halloween Event. We have booked 105.5 radio station and various entertainers including magicians, face painters, henna tattoos, stilt walkers, photo booth, carnival games and more! To encourage visitors to enter each store, there will be an online passport game where attendees must visit and scan a QR code at EVERY participating business to be entered into a giveaway.

GIVEAWAY: We are asking each business to please provide at least 1 item to giveaway (Gift Card, Gift Basket or other item). We will announce different winners throughout the event to drive excitement and encourage participation. Those businesses participating in the giveaway will be included in various marketing materials including the possibility of being included in the radio ads.
